On the last page of checkout, below the Submit Order button, there is a box where you can “Add an optional note to the seller”. Please leave engraving instructions there. If you happen to miss this step, simply send us an Etsy message with the instructions.

Import charges can vary; unfortunately, we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. SHIPPING
Once the item has been shipped, you should receive a notice from Etsy. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping status of your purchase. Our shipping options include standard (2-5 day), priority (1-3 day), and express (1-2) day. The shipping options can be found on the last page of checkout below the Submit Order button. Shipping time does not account for standard processing time.

RETURNS
Personalized items may not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective or there is a mistake in the engraving due to seller error. These returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date the package is delivered to the buyer. Seller is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer or any other party.

CAN I ADJUST THE SIZE MYSELF?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We include (for free) a complimentary tool kit with every order to help you adjust the strap properly and easy.
SHIPPING TIME AND COST

The time taken for the entire order process, from assembling to delivery, is 9-12 working days (Monday-Friday).

About the cost, shipping is totally free, and we have also included your country's import duties in the price, so you won’t incur any additional charges or fees during the delivery of your watch. - We handle all costs a processes -
