1. Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom mod watches and are made to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

2. No Returns / No Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

  • Custom or personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for made-to-order products once the order is confirmed.

  • Payments are final after successful checkout.

4. Defective or Damaged Products (Exception)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please report it within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Order number and issue description

After verification:

  • We will provide a replacement only

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases

  • Replacement will be processed within 3 days

  • Replacement delivery will take 3–5 business days

5. Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • Any damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling is not covered.
